I was arrested for DUI and then a month later arrested for driving on a suspended license. What happens in court?

where I practice, we usually roll it into the DUI. It gets dismissed.

In the Army National Guard and I have one DUI and got supervision and a good disposition and case was terminated/dismissed

It's a ticket, not a misdemeanor or felony.

SR 22 is not punishment. Double jeopardy does not apply. However I find it hard to believe that RI would require a non resident to carry SR 22....

I got an out of state DWI recently and have a DUI in Illinois from 25 years ago, does Illinois count the first one on my CDL?

Will not be a lifetime ban. However, SIS (in Illinois we call it supervision which is not the same thing as probation) does not help on the CDL....

Not a felony. the reckless driving, for felony purposes, does not count.
