An evaluation is required for supervision. It is not required but many judges insist upon one. Really depends upon your judge and prosecutor.

The prior response is incorrect. If you are eligible for an mddp, you cannot apply for an rdp. Furthermore, a judge would have nothing whatsoever...

The one year suspension cannot be expunged. After you pay the reinstatement fee your license will be shown as valid but previuosly suspended....
