Might work until you try to Renee WI license. Then ifcyou are convicted of il DUI that will be flagged by federal law.

You must get the breath test thrown out to protect cdl. Federal law

Multiple offenders have to have breath even if license is unrestricted. Federal law.

Speeding is strict liability. Knowledge of speed limit. Trees etc do not help you. A ticket does not have to be signed by you to be valid

They can charge you but they also have to prove it. Get a lawyer have him review the police reports, see if you made any damages admissions such ...

The prior response is not correct. The MDDP is totally optional. If you don't want to do it now, you dont' have to but of course you can't drive....
