Defensible case but there is no way you can do it on your own. It is much more involved than what you suspect. Get a lawyer.

My fiance got a DUI in Florida and he has not taken the DUI class yet to lift the suspension due to money issues.

It's a mandatory appearnce ticket and most judges frown on a spouse who is not a lawyer appearing for another spouse.
