You do not identify the states of which you speak. Why would you need an assessment if you have a valid driver's license?

You will almost certainly be detained at the border. Even supervision is considered serious in Canada

If in fact you are sentenced to court supervision, 625 ilcs 5/6-204 requires the court to report it to the SOS.
