They will report it to the SOS and your driver's license will be suspended for 3-6 months. Hire a lawyer over there ASAP to see if he can head it off.

I am on supervised probation in Indiana. I started in 2010 and have had no issues. I am due to complete in August of this year.

I was in an accident, I passed the field sobriety test but im on medication & I refused the breathalayzer. Am I in trouble?

The medication would not effect the breath test so that defense is not going anywhere. Miranda only applies to post arrest so that won't work...
