I was in an accident, I passed the field sobriety test but im on medication & I refused the breathalayzer. Am I in trouble?

The medication would not effect the breath test so that defense is not going anywhere. Miranda only applies to post arrest so that won't work...

I got a DUI in April of 2008. My license has been suspended since then. Would I need to get an SR22 still in Nebraska?
