WI may report it. The supervision (I assume that's what you mean by defensive driving course) does not count towards your three in a year as it's...

Re-testing was the right thing to do. If they do ask to explain what happened, you have an explanation in that you blew clean a couple of minutes...

The CA court must adjudicate the case. You MIGHT be able to complete the sentence elsewhere but the case itself requires a CA court.

Unless the court that granted supervision files petition to revoke the supervision or nothing will happen.

You may not lose your base license but your CDL will be subject to a DQ for one year. Then you will have to re-test.
