you cannot receive an RDP. you may be eligible for supervision if you can vacate the conviction and show late compliance altho technically it's too...

Yes. you can be charged but you have a right to defend the charge which you can do effectively with a lawyer.

OK I am the judge, you come and tell me you didn't know how many meetings to attend so you attended zero and made no effort at all to find out how...
