I have a valid IL license, just received a moving violation in Indiana (1-15 mph over), what can I do to lessen the impact?

Indiana may have a deferral program or reduce the charge to a non moving one.

he can submit it on a photocopy or he can write a new one. your not signing the ticket does not invalidate it.
