On court supervision for DUI in IL. Offered a job in AZ, answered no to ever being convicted or probation. Does this hurt me?

There is no federal law on DUI. If you had a cdl it would be considered a conviction. AZ law may differ but in Il super is not a conviction

What would happen to a person who has 3 DUIs, and is in a car with an intoxicated driver who is charged with a DUI?

you could be subpoenaed as a witness. Not a crime for an adult to ride in a car while drunk.

DUI 2 month ago at 18 in il, court gave supervision for 12 months. Last night I got a citation for underage alcohol consumption.

Good chance of supervision for late compliance. You will be required to carry SR 22 however.
