If it was probation Il treats it as a conviction. You probably received supervision. IL does not treat that as a conviction. However, PA may...

You should hire a Cook County lawher since that is where the case would be heard. He can probably negotiate something to protect the license.
I got a dui, blew a 1.6 and had a concussion from the accident. I don't remember anything from that night.
