You were found guilty because an objective observer, the judge, didn't buy your defense. You think it was great. I would have rejected it too.

I am 43. And have 2 DUI's. 2008 and 2010. Being honest towards future employers has not done me any good.

A bench warrant is one issued by the judge for failing to appear. It's an authorization to arrest you. You need a lawyer.

What caused the loss of license? Can't answer question without knowing why and what you mean, are you suspended or revoked?

I have never had a drivers license in any state, I got a DUI about 9 or 10 years ago in arkansas, I now reside in Illinois.

The correct answer is, if you received the DUI at a time you neither held an IL license nor were a resident of this state, Il will not care about...
