hard to see. Depends upon whether or not the respective tests were given while his BAC was on the way up or the way down (Widmark). In addition....

I realize that the probability is minute, but is it at all possible to receive a suspended sentence for a third DUI in Illinois?

Depends on where you received it. In Sangamon County you would probably get a misdemeanor with 180 days suspended sentence.

Neither. It starts from the date the judge entered the sentence.

I was put on supervision for a DUI in July of 2012 and I was unable to pay my fine complete my outpatient treatment on time.
