Four DUI convictions are required. Supervision not a conviction. Reckless driving is not.

Traffic tickets are strict liability. They don't have to prove intent. The fact you thought you were legal does not help.

you must pay the $250 reinstatement fee before you are legal to drive. you of course will be revoked once the conviction gets reported.
