Illinois requires 3 years of SR 22 for its residents. They will waive it for non residents. it's a simple form to fill out.

If this is an IL DUI, you can answer no because you were not convicted. The charges were dropped.

No. Traffic offenses are not subject to being expunged.

yes it will give you a new suspension for the same period of time, unless it's a miscellaneous suspension which I can't tell from the information...
