There are numerous aggravating factors. In general it is a Class A misdemeanor for a first offense. 364 days in jail and or a fine of up to $2500....

Yes it is a moving violation. If you are under 21 and are convicted of it, there is a 1 year drivers' license suspension. Court supervision is not...

Bankruptcy would not discharge the parking fines anyway. Try to get a payment plan. You let this fester too long.
