There are a lot of questions to ask you in a 20 or 30 minute hearing. About 150 to 200 depending upon the hearing officer and the SOS legal...

Talk to a lawyer, I think you are licensed in Iowa. if you are licensed in Il, you need some sort of pretrial diversion as supervision will result...

Tee up a lawyer right now. The police are doing their thing. Get someone on your team ASAP to make sure she doesn't get steamrolled.

Got a ticket in Jun '12 but I took 4hr DDC in Oct. 2012. I just got ticket for 20 mph over in IL. Do I get to do the 8hr course?

May not have to take the course depending on where the ticket it. But you are eligible for supervision.
