In Springfield they are not going to violate you for a rolling stop even if they find out.

You did not get the refusal suspension dropped so that is a one year CDL disqualification. You need to see if the court will drop the suspension....

I got a speeding ticket in Indiana. Would it be on my record in Chicago even though I am planning to pay the ticket.

If one officer says " be quiet and you won't get a ticket " to me and then the 2nd officer gives me a ticket is there anything .

Both types of offenses are coded the same way.
Supervision is not a conviction under Illinois law.
