You got a DUI while operating a restricted permit. The permit will be canceled. You need representation on the DUI.

A warrant will almost certainly issue on this charge, which is a Class A misdemeanor.

In Illinois, traffic tickets are strict liability. I didn't see what was there is not a defense.

Ask for supervision. I prosecuted speeding tickets when I was in law school. Never lost one bc they are easy cases for the prosecutor. Plus if you...
