If this is your first dui offense and the suspension is over it will not show up on your public motor vehicle report. Nor will a dismissed Dui.

If i had to guess i would say that the unpaid fine was reported to the SOS after you got your license back. The SOS is a recipient of information...

Supervision is not a conviction. And unless you were going more than 25 over, it's not a criminal offense; it's a petty offense/traffic ticket.

You got a DUI while operating a restricted permit. The permit will be canceled. You need representation on the DUI.
