Not very likely but a lawyer might be able to get the speed reduced and avoid your having a criminal record.

Unless they obtain written permission from you to access your "court purposes" abstract they will not see it.

My daughter blew a.029, shes in Illinois. Is that enough for her to be charged with a dui?

Is it .209 or .029? If .029 I would doubt an alcohol dui but maybe drugs. If she is under 21, then that would get her a drivers license...
What is a BAC of .209? That is what arresting officer wrote on the report.

It measures alcohol in your bloodstream. The legal limit is .08. So .209 is over twice as high.
