I would suggest a lawyer would be in order. The paper you signed is simply a promise to appear in court.

Your license will be revoked. You could be bankrupted from lawsuits. You really need a lawyer asap.

You would have to file a waiver request swearing you live out of state.
But I am not aware of an SR requirement for driving suspended.
