As long as neither DUI occurred in the truck, you will not be disqualified from a CDL.

Yes, as of 1/1/16, you are eligible to request an RDP. If the first DUI was dismissed and you SSS was rescinded you can have an informal hearing....

You don’t see if it’s an MDDP or RDP. Will not effect MDDP. Will not effect RDP immediately but could when you apply for reinstatement.
