You are 27 over so it’s a misdemeanor. You want to avoid a conviction at your age as it’s a criminal offense. I recommend Jeff Hall.

If you are under 18 you cannot get a license with an open case.

They cannot be expunged. Even if you received a pardon from the governor the Secretary of State would probably not expunge your driving record.

Yes but it must be filed within a certain time period and say certain things that will preserve your rights.

A lot more expensive that it would be downstate. $5500 is a lot if you didn’t get a trial.

The convention date is the date you make your final court appearance. The earlier date you mentioned is the date of the offense. In about 10 days...
