Michael Just Fombelle

Would NEVER hire or refer him again to anyone. He never once fought for my rights, never returned any phone calls I had to continually call him, I hired him for divorce/custody and he did absolutely nothing but take my money to which was a ridiculous amount. It was explained to him that this case wo...uld get ugly which most cases like these are, he agreed to be aggressive that was a COMPLETE JOKE. He was never in the office to consult and his receptionist was the rudest individual I have seen in a long time. Never again. He was fired!!!!!

Hired Michael to represent me in my divorce/child custody case. I did receive custody, but after months of drawn out returns to court, and lengthy guardian ad litem investigation. Guardian ad litem was recommended by him, and was horrible. All of the paperwork that was submitted in court was done ...myself, submitted to him, after his review, he said that what I'd written up was "good enough" and he would submit that. He did little to no paperwork, or background investigating, I did all of that myself. His office assistant is rude, and acts as if she is bothered to work with you. The cost was RIDICULOUS, and I received nothing I'd requested in the divorce. Would like to add he barely arrived at court on time (leaving no time to discuss anything), often forgot important items, including paperwork and his own reading glasses. I consider hiring him a complete waste of money and would not recommend him to anyone ever.
