He is very rude & will go off what the State attorney says as if he works with them he Works for Scott Rosenblum firm now & he overloaded Ben with his cases which Making him very frustrated & Ben would take it out on you i wouldn’t recommend no one to him while he is under that firm because he is not... Focus on your case as he should be he would push your court date back without tellin you he is just very unprofessional & is not a good lawyer at this moment it’s much much better lawyers in the st Clair area & if I wouldn’t paid so much money I would’ve switch & Ben is not my actually lawyer Scott Rosenblum is but he works for For him & Ben is on my case & he is doing a very bad job in my case got my very concerned on my life & this is my first offense no one got hurt and my guns was legal I just had marijuana & I paid this man as If I murder someone isn’t ridiculous

Hired him to represent me in a serious yet minor matter. Have a poor past history but enough mitigation and verifiable positives as proof of a life turned around well and truly. Quoted $4200 to conclusion of case. Paid $3500 over 18months and never even received discover on the case. When I wouldn’t ...accept a blind plea and said set case for trial he promptly demanded the remaining $700 and quit. Always excuses, never any serious attempt to resolve and no interest in the outcome as it would affect the remainder of my life. Never provided billing history or explanation of expense. Just took the money, cut bait and ran.

I am truly impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and confidence, all while maintaining an approachable personality. Super friendly and funny, he has it all!
