Anthony William Sabat

Mr. Sabat is a client‑focused attorney serving the Greater St. Louis and Metro East region, known for his clear communication, practical problem‑solving, and commitment to protecting families, homeowners, and small businesses. His practice includes real estate disputes, estate planning, probate, business matters, HOA issues, and consumer protection.

During law school, Mr. Sabat was actively involved in Phi Alpha Delta (PAD), beginning as a blood drive committee member and later serving two years as Treasurer. After graduation, he continued his service to the legal community as Assistant District Justice for District VII and ultimately as District Justice, a role he later retired from to begin a family. His work with PAD reflects his dedication to mentorship, professionalism, and community service.

His legal career began with an unexpected opportunity at the Tower Grove Farmer’s Market, where a chance conversation led to his first position. In April 2024, he founded the Sabat Law Firm, fulfilling a long‑held goal of building a practice focused on real estate, estate planning, probate, and consumer protection. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Sabat occasionally volunteers with Land of Lincoln Legal Aid, providing support to individuals who otherwise could not afford legal assistance.
