Biography
My practice is concentrated in bankruptcy and commercial litigation. I have represented debtors in Chapter 7 and 11 cases, committees of unsecured creditors, secured creditors, unsecured creditors and bankruptcy trustees. In addition to my licenses in Missouri and Illinois, I am admitted to practice in the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern District of Illinois, Eastern District of Missouri and Central District of Illinois. I practice in all federal court locations in those dictricts. In addition, I practice in numerous counties in Southern Illinois and Eastern Missouri. I am also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
