Whitney Kampwerth Luebbers

From first consultation to a final settlement hearing, Whitney always protected the best interests of my children and myself through a divorce process that proved much more tumultuous and difficult than anyone could have imagined when it began. Although nothing about my personal situation was able to... be handled cooperatively, Whitney remained professional through all of the other party’s attorney changes, failures to submit needed information in a timely manner, and delayed court dates due to his lack of preparation. After 2.5 years of working with Whitney, I was thankful my case was finalized. However, it was a bittersweet day knowing she had helped me through one of the most difficult phases of my life, and now our time working together had come to an end. I cannot imagine working with anyone else through such a trying situation.

We knew we were hiring Whitney as soon as she said to my fiancé "I believe in you and that we have a case to fight". We'd been struggling to gain a solid custody agreement for his daughter for over a year. She has lived with us full time since she was four months old, on paper we weren't even schedu...led to have her half but his coparent just seemed to pick and choose when she wanted to be involved, making schedules and normalcy nearly impossible for our beautiful girl. But since the dad side seems to be the losing side in many custody battles we were really struggling to find someone willing to represent us and guide us through the process. Whitney jumped right in. She heard us out. She answered countless emails full of questions and anxiety with a confidence that put us at ease. She prepared us for the ups and downs. She was always honest. And we trusted her with the biggest obstacle we've had to overcome. She is organized, intelligent, patient, compassionate, and so incredibly kind. We started this process constantly feeling like everything was against us and Whitney was our game changer. Our family is happy and whole. And it's all thanks to this wonderful woman.
