I was in a pretty serious semi-truck accident that resulted in a significant surgery with long term implications. Since my incident involved workers compensation with a company outside my state of residence I was forced to rely on phone interviews to determine my situation and decide who I wanted to ...handle my case. After making several calls I felt very comfortable with Nelson and Nelson, and Reed Nelson to be specific. He was very grounded in his assessment of my situation and didn't paint any unrealistic expectations, just simply laid out the facts, and that alone was reassuring.
