Reed Courage Nelson

Reed is a partner at Nelson & Nelson, Attorneys at Law, P.C. In 2008 he graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  In 2013, Reed graduated from the Saint Louis University School of Law, where his studies focused on civil litigation, workers' compensation, and civil rights under state and federal law.  His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation and workers' compensation.  Just a month into his practice, Reed co-counseled a week-long jury trial resulting in a multi-million dollar verdict for his client.  He is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Missouri and the U.S. District Court in Southern Illinois.  

Reed prides himself on working for injured people who need help.  In numerous counties in Illinois, Missouri, and various federal districts, Reed has successfully represented those injured through no fault of their own.  

Reed is an avid rugby player, having played since 2002 for the University of Illinois and several teams in the area.  He also enjoys hiking, horseback riding, and the occasional triathlon.  If Reed is not in the office, he is likely pursuing one of these activities.
