Hired her dad who thought it was best to leisurely retire mid case for me. The lawyer that took over accused me of two things I didn’t even do. Then listened while the cops told me they didn’t have badge numbers Madison County courthouse! In addition, I got more than anyone ever did for DUI felonies... I got over 200 more hours of community service, And over $7500 in fees and fines than wasn’t even a felony DUI. I’ve been forced to take a Satop class with people that have lost their license for a minimum of 15 to 30 years and some of them! All I was doing was driving the wrong way! The person that took over my case, didn’t even know what my freaking case was!!! This is the worst Lawyer I have ever experience I could do more than she or he whoever he was, I’ve She actually sent attorneys from the prosecuting attorney office to represent her!!! Avoid at all costs!! And I am not black just for those that think it’s only Black people she discriminates against!! Maybe Tom was good, but no one there is now!!! Crooked office that can’t even own their own mistakes!!! I can’t believe this person went to law school!!!

I was charged with 2 counts aggravated assult with a firearm,by the prosecuting attourny of st clair co.il. Thay had no evidence of any of the charges!exept I moved from mo to il and had no idea what a foid card was! There was an argument between me and a special forces just retired! About my dog, th...is man threatened to kill my dog! And smash my scull, I was threatened enough to put my firearm on my side for protection! I never pulled it from my holster! Police were called I was arrested! Charged with the felonies above! Mrs Daley fought for me over 5 court dates and proved I was whithen my 2nd ammendment rites,she got my case dropped to a misdorminer! No foid card,saved. My job,house,life! Good job mrs daily!
