Biography
Sean Barth is an Associate in our Asbestos Litigation Department. He has dedicated his practice to advocating on behalf victims of asbestos related diseases including mesothelioma and lung cancer. Prior to joining the team at Napoli Shkolnik PLLC, Sean worked at a firm exclusively representing victims of mesothelioma. His other legal experience includes work at the Missouri Attorney General’s office representing numerous professional boards and in private practice advocating on behalf of personal injury victims.
Prior to graduating from St. Louis University School of Law, Sean worked in many of the environments that asbestos products were traditionally utilized. He has firsthand experience with many of the tasks which exposed workers to asbestos products and appreciates the hardships victims of asbestos related diseases endure as a result of their illnesses.
