I joined Sivia Busisness & Legal Services in 2014 as a litigation and business transaction associate. In addition to my extensive financial services background, I have over 10 years of experience in private practice. My focus is primarily on corporate and other business entity matters, from creation through mergers and acquisitions, to asset protection and dissolution. Previously, I worked for Justice Thomas Welch of the Illinois Appellate Court and I am licensed in both Illinois and Missouri.
I enjoy assisting the clients of Sivia Business & Legal Services with my knowledge and experience in litigation and business transactions. I also aid clients with all of their estate planning and real estate legal needs.
