Extremely Disappointing

Karen Anderson is the most unprofessional attorney I have ever met. She was always late to appointments, took days to respond to text messages/phone calls/ emails. When and if she did return my messages it was always around 10:00 at night. The night before court she said she didn't have all the docum...ents prepared bc of some false family emergency. (There was always an excuse) She had months to complete them. She was a total waste of my money and time. My advise to anyone who has a legal issue that means something to them should steer clear of her. I would have been better off going to the local zoo and hiring a monkey to represent me.

Very disappointing

I hired Ms. Anderson to represent me in a divorce and custody case. My two year dealings with her involved me reminding her to file necessary paperwork in a timely fashion, attempting to decipher her doublespeak and many contradictions, sending unanswered emails and phone calls, and feeling generall...y unrepresented. After two years still without any resolutions and countless excuses (illness, computer problems, AC problems, electrical issues, family reunions) , I decided to transfer my case to another attorney. It took her over one month to provide me my legal file - after my phone calls and emails requesting them went unanswered. Her legal assistant was equally unhelpful and unprofessional. I ended the professional relationship being financially poorer and insulted as to have been treated so poorly.
