Ms. Trepka was arrested by officer Gulash from the Troy PD. He claimed she failed to dim her headlights. He stopped her an began running her through field sobriety testing in her own driveway. We co ... nducted a hearing contesting the SSS. We won. The judge ruled that the officer did not have probable cause to arrest her for DUI. I anticipate the DUI will be dismissed for the same flaw.

He was facing a prison sentenced of between 6-30 years.
