Warren Brent Copple

rent Copple works as an asbestos and mesothelioma attorney for Simmons Hanly Conroy LLC. He has represented hundreds of individuals and families harmed by asbestos-related diseases through no fault of their own. Brent has recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements on their behalf.

Brent started at the firm as a mesothelioma investigator in 2002, the same year he graduated from Columbia College with a degree in political science. As an investigator, Brent worked with people impacted by a mesothelioma diagnosis and helped develop their asbestos exposure work histories.

“The knowledge I gained as an investigator taught me invaluable lessons that allow me to better represent my clients as an attorney,” Brent said.

Brent earned his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Mich., in 2007 and returned to the firm as an asbestos attorney.  He works with clients throughout all aspects of their mesothelioma case including sign-ups, discovery, depositions and trial prep. Over the past five years, he has successfully litigated against some of the nation’s largest manufacturing companies. The people he helps include victims who were exposed to asbestos while working at foundries, refineries and chemical plants.
