Not for you

We had a house mortgage company lose a big mortgage payment. The check was paid by our bank and cashed by the mortgage companies agent. The mortgage company wanted to be paid a second time to the same agent. They refused to pay back our first payment of well over $10000 we refused to pay the payment... twice. The company put us into foreclosure. We hired Jim Roytec to sue tthe company for our first payment. Roytec did nothing for us. We went to court three times. Each time the company’s attorney asked for a delay. Roytec did not object and eventually the judge dismissed the case because we had lost standing because we had sold the house. If Roytec had objected to the delays this would not have happened. I would never hire Roytec again. I could do a better job myself and I’m not an attorney. So we lost over $10000 and $4000 paid to Roytec
