Faruq R.A. Nelson

My wife and I hired Faruq Nelson to complete our Last Wills and Testaments. We had some very specific desires with regards to leaving assets to various family members and non-profit organizations, a succession plan for the care-taking of our minor children, and a separate succession plan for the man...agement of their trusts. We thought it would be very difficult to get this all spelled out clearly in our Wills, but Mr. Nelson made the process very easy. He clearly explained the pros and cons of different options to us, and allowed us to complete our wills in accordance with our wishes. We hired Mr. Nelson a few weeks prior to an international vacation, and he was very flexible and timely in helping us get all of our documentation completed prior to our trip.
