All I can say is my experience was super awesome. Yes it was long I had to wait but that goes with any legal issues They followed my case. They communicated every time they got new information. They stayed on top of things mediated things in the middle between me, the doctor, and the company that w...e were going to take legal action against. They were professional. Any other questions I had outside of our case was also answered and knowledge was given to complete those requests. The ladies in the office are double on top of things they fought for me. Communicated with me told me things that related to my case always were on top of things. I just really really appreciate this company. I never thought that I would have a accident or do anything at work where I would need these people to help. But man I'm so blessed I was given this referral because they were the best legal team I've ever witnessed and moving forward if I have any issues even outside of workman's comp or anything outside of that I will still hit them up first to see if there's any way they can help me. Great company 10 out of 10 I'll use them again. My wife called Ms. Eldridge’s office after having some issues with a work comp claim. She left a message and she called her right back. Every time we called and had questions, she retuned our call that day or her assistant reached out. She definitely went beyond our expectations and knows her stuff.... She is very kind and empathetic. Never once did I feel like I wasn’t a priority. I would definitely recommend her and use her if needed in the future.
