Webber Law Offices, P.C. is based in Downtown Champaign, Illinois, and provides a wide array of business and estate planning services. Carl M. Webber has been practicing law in Champaign/Urbana for over 40 years.  He recently founded Webber Law Offices, P.C. Webber Law Offices represents a wide array of business clients, from local entrepreneurs, to businesses serving all of central Illinois, to multi-national organizations with sales and relationships on all five continents.  

In the area of real estate, the firm is involved with projects ranging from the development of local subdivisions to the siting of regional power plants; from zoning individual parcels to coordinating the large business developments and from building contracts to construction and real estate tax litigation.

In the business arena, the firm is involved in both office practice and litigation.  Office practice includes matters relating to international and domestic business transactions, general contract law, senior housing, and mergers and acquisitions.  Business litigation includes the resolution of matters throughout Illinois and, with local counsel, in many other states and several foreign countries.  

Webber Law Offices also includes representation in estate planning and trusts, with an emphasis on Special Needs Trusts.
