I regularly represent over 100 small business in Central Illinois. I assist business clients with the creation of corporations, partnerships, LLCs, LPs, and other types of business entities. Once created, I assist small business with routine business needs. I prepare minutes of annual meetings, leases, stock certificates, buy-sell agreements and the like. I also represent clients in the purchase or sale of a business as a going concern.

I assist clients with the preparation of their Last Will & Testament on a regular basis. I also prepare Powers of Attorney for Property and for Health Care. I prepare Living Trusts of all kinds for clients. I also prepare land trusts for both Illinois property, and to hold title to out of state property.

My firm represents approximately 50 small government bodies. I am the attorney for the Illinois State Water Authority Association. I have assisted with the creation of numerous water authorities. I also represent villages, cities, park districts, fire protection districts, townships, road districts, library districts, cemetery districts, and drainage & levy districts.

I serve the legal needs of families regularly to assist following the death of a loved one. I am experienced in handling the probate administration of estates. I have served as the attorney for numerous estates, and have been the appointed executor in several estates as well. I also assist clients with the non-probate administration of a loved one's estate. I prepare small estate affidavits, life insurance claim forms, and stock transfer documentation as needed for nonprobate estates.
