William J. Gerber - Knowledgeable, Intelligent, Thorough, Hard Working Lawyer

Recently, I purchased my first home. I struggled with finding a reliable, knowledgeable lawyer that actually took the time to understand my real estate purchase. (Background information: I purchased my home from an investment company which bought the home that I was renting for back taxes) I was refe...rred by a friend to use William J. Gerber. Calling Will was the best thing that happened to me during the process of buying my home. Will reviewed several contracts for me and sent me a contract that would suite my type of purchase. He negotiated with the investment company and saved me money on closing cost/fees. William explained thoroughly every step of the process and documents that I would be signing. He adjusted the tax format to the property and looked over every detail to make sure that everything was correct. I highly recommend using him as a lawyer. William is the type of lawyer that can break everything down and make it work for you.
