Tim Leighton serves Clients in the Bloomington-Normal, Illinois area by assisting with trusts, wills, power of attorney, estates, probate, business formation and planning, mediation & arbitration, uncontested guardianship, and tax matters.

Most of Tim's business clients are small business entrepreneurs and tax-exempt organizations. They rely on Tim for forming the organization, planning succession of the business, and business transactions. 

Through the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Illinois, the National Arbitration Forum, and privately, Tim helps resolve business, financial, and family disputes as mediator and arbitrator.

Through trust and estate planning, Tim helps Clients find better ways to secure peace of mind and to preserve, protect, and grow assets. Tim serves families with meaningful net worths and others with dependency and guardianship concerns, such as school-aged children and people with disabilities. Tim also serves as trustee, implementing Client priorities while managing substantial assets.
