Entreprenuer and producer turned attorney.   I have over a decade of experience working with for profit and nonprofit ventures as a businessman, broker and developer.  Licensed to practice law in 2012 (Illinois) and 2015 (Florida) I provide clients with a unique combiniation for practical real-world experience along with diligent legal services.   

Intellectual Property, Media, Entertainment and Business:  Current scope of practice includes representing clients in developing, protecting and licensing their intellectual property.  From motion picture releases and film clearances, to international publishing and licensing deals, my practice also includes entertainment law, media law and business law.  I focus primarily on transactions but also handle a number of dispute resolutions.

Real Estate: Having paid my way through undergraduate studies brokering real estate in South Florida, I also provide my lawfirm clients with services in the area of real estate law.  From small residential deals to more complex land entitlement and development matters, I am enjoy working with clients on a transactions helpign them to navigate the various legal hurdles.  

SSI, SSDI and Personal Injury: Last, I also have a passion for those struggling because of a disability.  I handle a number of Title 2 and Title 16 Social Security Disability matters each year.
