Eric has been my legal counsel for almost three decades. We have worked together on real estate, wills, trusts, property damages, contracts, taxes, etc. He provides understandable, straight forward, honest legal advice - no exaggerations or unrealistic options discussed. Eric is attentive to my needs..., willing to suggest and review options, responsive, very effective, and error free. Our discussions consider all options and their probable outcomes, then selecting and implementing the action most appropriate for the situation. Eric Hasselberg has provided services for my husband and me for approximately 15 years. Our initial experience was to have trusts created and wills written, and he was invaluable in educating us. He could take a most complex subject and explain it in laymen's terms so that we would have good under...standing. Upon my husband's death, he made recommendations about the handling of my assets which will benefit my children upon my death. My trust in him is such that I have made him executor of my will. Shortly after that, he helped me to probate my mother's will and assisted in the sale of her property. My most common contact with him today is the filing of my income tax each year. I have recommended Eric to several friends and they have been extremely satisfied with him.
