Kevin William Tilton

Kevin Tilton was the attorney at my closing 4.5 months ago. I have spoken with the buyers of my home and the wife told me that before I arrived at closing, Mr. Tilton, the Buyers agent and the buyers themselves all noticed the amount for property taxes was not correct. In fact, the amount was about... $1800 too much. I am almost 80 years old and I did not notice the mistake until after closing. I have called Mr. Tilton and my daughter has called several times, asking for advice on how to fix the error. He does not care and has told us both that because the document is signed the mistake cannot be fixed. The manner in which he has spoken to myself and my daughter is beyond rude. My experience with Mr. Tilton was horrendous and I have nothing positive to say about him or his staff.
