David is a corporate generalist representing small to medium-sized corporations and limited liability entities, and is engaged in tax planning, real estate transactional and end-stage capital and debt financing, and estate and trust planning and administration. He engages in commercial and fiduciary litigation on a limited basis.
He has the unique distinction of maintaining a satellite office in Toulon, Illinois, where he has concentrated on representing farm families and agricultural businesses for over 40 years; and through loyal client relationships, he is now dealing with several generations of the same family.
David resides in Peoria Heights, Illinois, with his wife, Margaret, and is an avid cyclist, sailboat racer, outdoor enthusiast, and has been a scuba diver for 40 years. He has two grown children and four grandchildren.
