Dana M. Vonachen

Boy I sure wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I hired Dana! She just doesn't ever get anything done! Then when she decides to send another billing, she invents an invoice that includes charging .30 of an hour (18 MINUTES!!!) for a text that took her 10 seconds!!! Then she won't move your case alon...g any further until you pay. (even though nothing has been accomplished so far!) She drags her feet on everything, so if you don't care how long it takes, go ahead and hire her. Perhaps she seems a little cheaper at first, but you will pay in the end by it taking much longer than it should or could. I basically ended up negotiating my divorce myself with my ex-husband. I got the distinct feeling that both he and his attorney were equally fed up with Dana.

Dana had failed to call me back every time i had tried reaching her. She scheduled 2 different appointments for me to come in and go over everything, but yet she wasn't at her office neither of the times SHE set up. Not to mention her front desk employee had rudely hung up on me after i had asked him... "Is this Dana's personal office number." She does not care about her client's and i advise anyone who reads this to not hire her.

She withdrew from the case half way through. She never accomplished anything and was working against me than for me. She was more compliant with the lawyer against me in my divorce and custody for my kids! She left a mess and has dragged out my case for custody for kids for 5 months. I just got a new... lawyer that is now trying to straighten out her mess! I do NOT RECONMEND her! She lacks the intelligence and client priority!
