Colt Wayne Johnson

I hired Colt and he represented me for nearly a year. Throughout the representation, communication was consistently slow, and many of my requests for legal guidance and case strategy went unanswered. At one point, I contacted his paralegal with a question and was told she could not assist because ...he handled everything directly. More concerning, opposing counsel filed a document with the court that apparently went unnoticed for approximately five weeks until I personally followed up about it. I ultimately stayed with the firm because I had already paid the retainer, but throughout the entire process I was never confident that he genuinely cared about me or my case. I often felt like I was simply being billed rather than actively represented. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this attorney. I felt the case generated significant fees without meaningful progress or resolution.
