Benjamin L. Mills

Benjamin Mills is very unprofessional. Ben has received $13,000 in the past 2.5 months for attorney fees that I have been awarded for my Childcare support matter. Ben and his assistant Cydney will ignore me when I ask certain questions / have concerns for weeks. I'll send 2 or 3 messages throughout ...the week, and he will just call me 10 minutes before court WITHOUT addressing anything that ive emailed him. I should not have to resend, nor repeat my concerns. I've been ignored OVER 10 times already. Today I mentioned my concern about being completely ignored, and Ben's response was hurtful and unprofessional. He basically offered to withdrawl if i dont like it (this is the 2nd time hes casually offered to withdrawl simply for me voicing a concern.). I'm completely HURT with the way I've been treated. I no longer trust him after today.  He seemed very nice at first, but now he has shown me and my family that he does not care about us now that my case is coming to an end. Horrible experience. I would not recommend hiring him. Nothing but a water of time and ENERGY.
